Create and access your CoreDriveAI account.

Your account connects your products, licenses, billing records, settings and support requests.

Create an account

Open the sign-up page, enter a valid email address and create a secure password. Use an email address you can access because account messages may be sent there.

Confirm your email

When email verification is required, open the confirmation message and select the verification link before signing in.

Sign in securely

Enter the same email address and password on the sign-in page. Avoid sharing your credentials or signing in on untrusted devices.

Complete your profile

Review your profile details and account preferences so billing, licenses and support records remain connected to the correct customer.

Account rule: Use one primary CoreDriveAI account for your products and licenses whenever possible. This reduces ownership and support issues.

The dashboard is the main place to review your CoreDriveAI account and available services.

The product catalog explains what each product does, its availability and the plan or license required.

Open License Center

Sign in and open the license area of your dashboard to review licenses associated with your account.

Review license status

A license may appear active, inactive, expired, suspended or revoked depending on its entitlement and subscription state.

Activate the correct product

Enter the license only in the official CoreDriveAI product or supported activation screen. Never publish or share your license key.

Ownership mismatch: If a valid license does not appear in your dashboard, the purchase may be associated with a different email address. Contact support with the purchase email and order details.

Manage subscriptions and payment information.

Billing information should clearly show the plan, price, billing cycle and renewal conditions before purchase.

Product access missing

Check your subscription and license status, then refresh the dashboard or sign out and sign in again.

Payment appears unsuccessful

Do not repeatedly submit payment immediately. Check your email and billing area, then contact billing support if the result remains unclear.

Page is not loading correctly

Refresh the page, try a supported current browser, disable conflicting extensions temporarily and clear site cache only when necessary.

Can I use one account for multiple products?

Yes. The platform is designed so eligible products, licenses, subscriptions and support records can be managed through one account.

Where can I see my licenses?

Sign in and open License Center from your customer dashboard.

What happens when a subscription ends?

Access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid billing period and may then be reduced or disabled according to the plan terms.

How do I request a refund?

Review the Refund Policy first, then contact billing support with your account email and relevant order details.

Can I transfer a license to another account?

License transfers are not automatic. Contact support so ownership and eligibility can be reviewed.

Does support need my password?

No. Never provide your password, secret keys or full payment credentials to support.

Where are legal and privacy terms published?
