Our minimum refund commitment

CoreDriveAI provides a minimum 14-day refund period for eligible first-time purchases and other eligible transactions. Mandatory consumer rights that provide greater protection continue to apply.

1. Scope

This policy applies to eligible purchases of CoreDriveAI software, SaaS subscriptions, Chrome extension plans and related digital services sold through our authorized checkout.

It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Minimum 14-day refund period

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original eligible purchase. The period begins on the transaction date shown on your receipt. Where applicable law provides a longer period, the legally required period applies.

3. Eligibility

A refund request is generally eligible when:

  • It is made within 14 calendar days of the eligible transaction.
  • The purchase can be verified using the customer email, receipt or transaction details.
  • It relates to a first purchase, accidental duplicate charge, billing error or material product-access problem.
  • The account has not been used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or deliberate circumvention of plan limits.
  • It otherwise qualifies under applicable consumer-protection law.

4. Products covered

  • AI Email Assistant plans and licenses.
  • GuardX AI ad-blocking and privacy protection plans.
  • Flight Price Alert Tracker plans.
  • Translator with Grammar plans.
  • CoreDriveAI platform or bundled subscriptions where offered.

5. Subscription renewals

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the frequency shown during checkout. Customers should cancel before the next renewal date when they do not want the subscription to continue.

Renewal refunds are reviewed fairly and may be approved where required by law, where a billing error or duplicate charge occurred, or where the request falls within the applicable refund period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription through available billing or customer portal controls, or by contacting billing@coredriveai.com.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal; requesting a refund asks us to review a completed charge.

7. Trials and promotions

Where a trial is offered, the checkout page will disclose the trial duration, recurring price, billing frequency and renewal date. You must cancel before conversion if you do not want to be charged.

8. Requests that may be declined

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, a refund may be declined when:

  • The request is outside the applicable refund period.
  • The transaction cannot be reasonably verified.
  • The customer engaged in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse or unlawful activity.
  • The customer deliberately bypassed product, usage, license or account limits.
  • The same purchase has already been refunded.
  • The request concerns a clearly disclosed limitation or unsupported use case.

We will not use this section to avoid a refund required by law.

9. Technical and access issues

For technical issues, contact support@coredriveai.com. We will make a reasonable effort to restore access or resolve the issue. Contacting support does not remove your right to request a refund within the applicable period.

10. Paddle payment processing

CoreDriveAI uses Paddle as an authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record for eligible transactions. Paddle may process checkout, payments, taxes, receipts, subscription administration and approved refunds.

11. Processing time

We aim to review complete requests promptly. After approval, Paddle and the customer's bank or payment provider control final settlement time. Most refunds are expected to appear within approximately 5 to 10 business days, although some payment methods or regions may require longer.

12. Taxes and currency

Refunds are normally issued for the eligible amount processed through the original transaction. CoreDriveAI is not responsible for differences caused by currency conversion or fees independently charged by a bank or card issuer.

13. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact billing@coredriveai.com immediately with the purchase email, date, amount and receipt reference. Do not send complete card numbers, security codes or passwords.

14. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact billing support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction, subject to applicable law and fair review.

15. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Additional cancellation, withdrawal, refund or remedy rights may apply in your country or region.

16. How to request a refund

Email billing@coredriveai.com from the address associated with your purchase and include your name, product, purchase date, amount, receipt or transaction reference, and a brief reason.

17. Changes

CoreDriveAI may update this policy when products, checkout processes, legal requirements or business practices change. The revised version will be published here with an updated effective date.
