This policy explains how refund requests are handled for CoreDrive AI subscriptions and digital services.
Subscription refunds
CoreDrive AI sells digital software subscriptions. If you believe you were charged in error or the service did not work as expected, contact us within 14 days of the transaction and we will review your request.
Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, technical issues that prevent access, or other reasonable billing problems. Refunds are not guaranteed for accounts that have heavily used the service, violated our terms, or requested refunds after the review period.
How to request a refund
Email us through the contact page with your account email, transaction date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by our payment provider.
