1. About CoreDriveAI

CoreDriveAI provides software products and services for developers, founders, businesses and digital-product teams. Our services may include software operations, monitoring, maintenance, security, analytics, productivity, automation, licensing, support and developer tools.

References to “CoreDriveAI,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean the operator of the CoreDriveAI platform and related products. References to “you” or “user” mean the person or organization accessing or using the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use paid CoreDriveAI services.

If you use CoreDriveAI on behalf of a company, organization or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Accounts and account security

Certain services require a CoreDriveAI account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.

You are responsible for:

• Protecting your login credentials and devices
• Activities performed through your account
• Using strong passwords and available security controls
• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access

You may not share an account in a manner that bypasses plan limits, licensing rules or authorized seat limits.

4. CoreDriveAI services

CoreDriveAI may offer free and paid software products, subscriptions, Chrome extensions, SaaS tools, applications, APIs and connected services.

Specific features, limits, availability and supported platforms may vary by product, plan, region and account. Current product information is displayed on the relevant product, pricing or checkout page.

5. Software licenses and product access

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, CoreDriveAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use eligible products for their intended purpose.

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense or transfer a license without permission
• Circumvent authentication, licensing or usage controls
• Copy or distribute proprietary software except where allowed
• Reverse engineer a product except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Use one license for more users, devices or projects than the applicable plan allows

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans may be offered monthly, annually or under another billing arrangement shown at checkout.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes and disclosed charges until the subscription is cancelled.

Prices, currencies, taxes and regional adjustments may vary by location, product and payment provider. The final amount will be displayed before purchase.

CoreDriveAI may use an authorized third-party payment provider to process transactions, subscriptions, invoices, refunds and billing details.

7. Renewals, upgrades and downgrades

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Upgrades, downgrades and plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing period, depending on the product and payment provider.

Any applicable price adjustment, credit or prorated amount will be displayed or communicated through the billing system.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future subscription renewal using the available billing controls or by contacting billing@coredriveai.com .

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal. Access to paid services may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use CoreDriveAI services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights
• Distribute malware, spyware, ransomware or harmful code
• Conduct phishing, credential theft or unauthorized surveillance
• Access systems, accounts or data without authorization
• Abuse APIs, overload infrastructure or disrupt services
• Circumvent security, subscriptions or product restrictions
• Send spam or deceptive communications
• Use the services to facilitate fraud or unlawful conduct
• Misrepresent your identity, organization or relationship with CoreDriveAI

10. Connected websites, extensions and applications

Some CoreDriveAI services may allow you to connect a website, Chrome extension, application, repository, hosting provider, analytics platform or other external service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and authorization to connect and manage those systems.

You remain responsible for your own software, content, infrastructure, users, configurations, backups and compliance obligations.

11. User content and project data

You retain ownership of content, code, files, configurations and project information that you submit to CoreDriveAI.

You grant CoreDriveAI a limited right to process that information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the requested services.

You must not submit information that you do not have the right to use or disclose.

12. AI and automated outputs

Some services may generate recommendations, explanations, drafts, classifications, code suggestions, diagnostics or other outputs using automated systems or artificial intelligence.

AI-generated and automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or applying them to production systems.

CoreDriveAI does not guarantee that generated content, code, recommendations or automated actions will be free from errors.

13. Human approval and production changes

CoreDriveAI may assist with monitoring, diagnosis, recommendations and preparation of changes.

High-impact actions, including production code changes, deployments, security changes or destructive operations, should be reviewed and approved by an authorized user before execution.

14. Third-party services

CoreDriveAI may integrate with third-party services such as hosting providers, repositories, analytics services, AI providers, email platforms, payment processors and infrastructure vendors.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

CoreDriveAI is not responsible for independent third-party products, availability, security practices or changes.

15. Intellectual property

CoreDriveAI and its licensors retain all rights in the CoreDriveAI name, branding, platform, software, interfaces, designs, documentation and proprietary technology.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of CoreDriveAI intellectual property to you.

Feedback and suggestions may be used to improve CoreDriveAI without an obligation to compensate the person providing them.

16. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable services, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security events, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CoreDriveAI may add, modify, suspend or discontinue a feature or service. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid customers.

17. Beta and experimental features

Features identified as beta, preview, experimental or early access may be incomplete, change without notice and have additional limitations.

You use such features at your own discretion and should not rely on them for critical production operations without appropriate testing and safeguards.

18. Suspension and termination

CoreDriveAI may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:

• Protect users, systems or infrastructure
• Investigate suspected abuse, fraud or unauthorized access
• Address violations of these Terms
• Respond to legal or regulatory requirements
• Address overdue payments or billing disputes

You may stop using the services and close your account, subject to outstanding payment, retention and legal obligations.

19. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CoreDriveAI services are provided on an “as available” basis.

CoreDriveAI does not guarantee specific business, revenue, traffic, security, trading, ranking, performance or growth results.

CoreDriveAI does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax or other regulated professional advice.

20. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CoreDriveAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.

22. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy .

23. Changes to these Terms

CoreDriveAI may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, legal requirements or business practices.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use of the services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

24. Governing principles

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the CoreDriveAI operator and the relevant transaction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact CoreDriveAI and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the matter directly.

25. General provisions

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our permission. CoreDriveAI may transfer its rights in connection with a legitimate business restructuring, financing, merger, acquisition or asset transfer.
